Overview:

While the book does not offer much by way of an exciting read (which may not be necessary but would help to motivate a newer reader), the program is comprehensive and does not rely on hype to add effectiveness. The all-natural yet definitely effective plan is a relief to those body builders out there that thought there was no way to avoid drastically supplementing themselves.

Summary:
